
In this release, we’ve improved the functionality on the customer portal’s Personal Page to enhance user control over contact details. This update enables customers to amend their email and phone number directly, ensuring that the correct primary contact can be set for activity arrangements and emergency communications.
Editable Contact Information: Customers can now edit their email address and phone number on their Personal Page, allowing them to designate the most relevant contact person for specific travel arrangements, ensuring smoother communication and support.
Enhanced Usability: Updated the booking flow to include an editable contact field in the confirmation stage, ensuring any last-minute contact adjustments can be made before a booking is finalized.
Historical Bookings: Edits to contact details will only impact future bookings. Changes will not apply retroactively to past bookings or reports.
