
We have introduced a new "Suspend if Exceeded" feature for Reseller Credit Limits. This enhancement gives Supplier Admins greater control over financial risk by allowing them to choose whether a reseller should be automatically suspended the moment they exceed their assigned credit limit, or if they should be allowed to continue operating with a negative balance.
The "Suspend if Exceeded" toggle (found within Credit Limit settings) determines how the system reacts when a limit is reached:
Enabled (Checked): The reseller is automatically suspended the moment they exceed their limit. All further order attempts by their distributors will be blocked.
Note: If an admin manually restores a suspended account while it is still over the limit, the system will re-suspend it automatically upon the next order attempt.
