  Refined Pricing Functionalities for Amendments

  This release introduces significant improvements to how our system handles changes to existing bookings, specifically when adjusting the quantity or changing to a different pricing season. These updates provide you with more transparent notifications and a clearer view of how payments and refunds are processed, ensuring a smoother and more reliable user experience.

  Improved Payment Notifications: When you increase the quantity or change the pricing season of a booking, a new notification message will now clearly inform you about any outstanding balance and how it will be adjusted in the system. This applies to all payment methods.

  Amendment Discount" for Online/Credit Card Payments: For bookings originally paid via an online or credit card, any outstanding balance from an adjustment will now be applied as an Amendment discount. This allows you to proceed with the booking change without needing a new payment, while also providing a clear record of the adjustment.

  Past Date Amendment on Activity Overview: You can now amend a booking's travel date to a past date directly from the Activity Overview page. This new functionality is available to users with the required permissions, allowing for greater flexibility when managing bookings.
