  Display Remaining Barcode Count

  This release improves barcode management for clients using prepaid barcodes by introducing a clearer overview of available barcodes. With the new Barcodes Left Notification page, you can quickly check barcode availability and download detailed reports for better tracking and planning.

  Barcodes Left Notification Page: Easily track barcode availability with the new Barcodes Left Notification page. This update provides a clear overview of used and remaining barcodes per ticket type, helping you manage inventory more efficiently.

  Improved Barcode Details View: Clicking the new "View" button now opens a pop-up displaying essential barcode details, including product information, status, and usage count. You can also download these details as a CSV file for further analysis.

  In your account settings, under the “Barcodes Left Notification", the "Download" button has been replaced with a "View" button for better clarity.

  Barcode improvements

  In this release we have enhanced our barcode management to improve usability and reduce the risk of potential issues.

  Days before expiry field: We've added a new field to the Barcode notification screen called "days before expiry." Users can enter a number between 1 and 30 to set how many days before the barcode expires an email notification will be sent to the email address specified in the "Notification email" field.

  Barcode selection: Previously, when the system assigned a barcode to a ticket, it chose the first available valid barcode without checking if the travel date was after the barcode’s expiry date. This sometimes caused issues at entry. Now, the system ensures that the assigned barcode's expiry date is later than the travel date, preventing scanning problems.
