  Cancellation Acknowledgement Checkbox for Third-Party Orders

  We’ve made it easier to manage cancellations for third-party bookings, especially when the external system doesn’t support cancellations via API. You can now cancel directly in Prioticket, with clear control and visibility.

  Cancellation Acknowledgement Checkbox: When cancelling third-party bookings, a new checkbox has been added to help you proceed with the cancellation in Prioticket, even when the third-party system doesn’t support it.

  By checking the box, you're confirming that the cancellation will only apply in Prioticket. This helps avoid failed cancellation attempts and ensures smoother handling of third-party orders that don’t offer cancellation APIs.

  Previously, this had to be handled manually via backend processes, now it’s fully available in the interface.

  Partial Cancellation & Refund + Combi Ticket Rules

  Amendment fees and discounts

  This release introduces Amendment fees and discount, enabling users to adjust pricing pre- and post-accounting, including invoicing suppliers. Now, within the activity overview, users can easily amend prices in the amendment flow.
