Develop a solution to enable clients to create and customize their own emails and vouchers without manual intervention from the CWP team. This could be achieved by: Option A: Integrating an email builder within the Channel Manager (CM) Option B: Building a dynamic email module internally to allow clients to create and manage email campaigns independently. This will reduce manual work and provide clients with more control over their communication materials.

Increased Offline Capabilities

Enables offline sales and redemption in Mobile POS by caching availability and voucher data locally, reducing dependency on stable internet connections and ensuring uninterrupted operations.

Custom CSV

Enables users to generate and export custom CSV files tailored to their specific data requirements, improving flexibility and efficiency in data handling.

Display price and Lowest price feature

Enables resellers to override and customize display prices at any catalog level, show the lowest available price across seasons, and add informative pricing labels—improving pricing flexibility, transparency, and customer clarity for direct sales and agent portals.

Filters on the catalog overview

Add filters to the catalog overview to easily sort and find products by supplier, destination, location, product source, contract source, category, and location. This will allow users to quickly duplicate existing campaigns, streamlining the process of creating similar or recurring campaigns. This reduces manual setup time and ensures consistency across campaign configurations.

Enables self-onboarding for SaaS suppliers by allowing them to sign up, receive auto-approved accounts, and access a guided dashboard to set up and launch their products independently.

Modernizing the product creation flow to replace the outdated module, this update streamlines the user experience, removes unnecessary features, and makes it easier for all clients to create, edit, and manage products on the platform. The redesign aims to reduce reliance on support channels by simplifying processes and addressing long-standing usability issues

WPOS 2.0 - Improvements to the widget

WPOS 2.0 is launching soon, delivering a faster, more robust, and fully customizable web point-of-sale experience. This upgrade is focused on visual consistency, workflow speed, and a future-ready foundation, without changing core user flows. Unified design: All widget pages now share a sleek, modern, and mobile-responsive interface for a smooth, consistent experience across devices. Faster workflows: Steps in booking and transactions have been reduced with pre-selected product types and timeslots. The manual “check” step is gone, replaced by an auto-loader for quicker sales. “Check and add to basket” flow: Instantly confirm selections and proceed without interruption.

Translation Manager on Admin Level

This feature moves translation capabilities from channel-specific settings to the product management level, allowing product content to be translated once and used across multiple channels. The enhancement significantly reduces setup time for businesses operating in multiple countries and languages who want consistent product descriptions across their SPOS and WPOS platforms.

Market admin fee 2.1

The Market Admin Fee feature for reseller catalogs is partially implemented with similar short-term solutions being analyzed for other business needs. Full implementation with dynamic input fields will be delivered through the upcoming "new catalog" system.

Merchant selection improvements 2.1

The merchant selection process in the catalog module needs improvement to prevent unauthorized changes that could affect fee allocation and invoicing. By making merchant information fixed during setup while allowing flexible currency selection, the system will reduce manual errors and provide clearer information about invoicing relationships.

Customer receipts and Agent proformas

Enable customer receipts and agent proformas to be generated and managed within the system, improving documentation and transparency for both clients and agents. This feature aims to streamline transaction records and enhance the overall user experience for Priohub clients.

This feature allows businesses with multiple distributor or supplier accounts to consolidate billing under a single merchant account, streamlining the invoicing process. The enhanced invoicing module ensures accurate financial administration by generating single, comprehensive invoices for umbrella companies while maintaining distinct operational accounts.

Custom Checkout Fields Template Module (Product-level)

Enables users to dynamically create and manage custom checkout fields per product/channel directly within the Channel Manager.

Payment gateway integration - Payoneer

Implemented support for Payoneer as a payment provider to accommodate partners operating in the Asian region.

Early bird pricing / late bird surcharge

A dynamic pricing feature allows setting different rates based on booking timeframes, enabling early bird discounts or last-minute deals to boost sales. The enhancement improves upon the existing cut-off system by supporting fixed hour-of-day restrictions rather than just relative hours to reservation date.

Additional tax options to support more regions

Enhance the product creation process by linking available tax options to specific filters (e.g., country, region) and ensuring these options are added to the Tax table in the superadmin panel. This will streamline tax configuration and provide a smoother experience for clients when setting up products.

Product Type Sort Order

This release introduces the new Product Type Sorting: Drag & Drop, giving you the ability to configure a custom display order for product types (Standard, Individual, Custom) across your POS channels.

Sort order for cluster products

Products in a cluster were previously displayed based on creation time, leading to an inconsistent order. This launched update allows users to reorder product tiles within a cluster using drag-and-drop.

Cost price field visible on Extra options

Previously, the cost price of extra options could not be set via the UI and defaulted to the sales price. This launched update adds a cost price field to the Extra Options section in Create Product, aligning the UI with the existing API and database capabilities.

Improved failed bookings scenarios

In rare cases where a booking fails after payment, these instances were previously not visible in the system. With this update, failed bookings are now included in the Orders API using the order_status:ORDER_FAILED filter, allowing them to be tracked in the Activity Overview.

Book on Request

Products that require manual availability confirmation (e.g., private tours or special experiences) can now be configured as “on request.” This update introduces a new product capacity type, enabling flexible booking permissions and customized flows across SPOS and WPOS while clearly labeling these products in the UI.

Import 3rd party Barcodes

Admins can now import third-party barcodes directly via a new module, eliminating the need for support or developer assistance for this task. This update streamlines the process and provides greater control to admins.

Integration with Zapier

Zapier integration has been implemented to automate tasks, connect with various apps, and scale with your business needs. This update enhances efficiency, reduces errors, and allows for customizable workflows, streamlining operations across the ticketing platform.

Export button on custom category module

A new download feature has been added to the Custom Category module, allowing reseller admins to export a report showing linked products and categories both ways. The report includes custom categories with their assigned products (category-wise) and products with their assigned custom categories (product-wise).

Ability to sort addons 2.0

Enhanced add-on sorting functionality in catalogs allows users to easily reorder product add-ons without the cumbersome process of removal and re-addition. This requested feature restores and improves upon the sorting capability that existed but wasn't functioning in the previous catalog system, saving significant time during product setup.

Impersonate API

Impersonation has been implemented to allow trusted users to temporarily assume the identity and permissions of others, streamlining tasks like troubleshooting and customer support. This feature enhances security by ensuring proper authentication and reduces the need for elevated permanent permissions, while preserving privacy and improving operational efficiency.

Improvement on the cost price feature

The cost price field for extra options has been enhanced to allow for both dollar amounts and percentage-based values (based on sales price), addressing the need for flexibility in pricing models. The update also adds visibility for the cost price of extra options, allowing clients to input and track this data for bookkeeping purposes, with a dynamic process set for easier management.

Schedule product versions

Different product versions can now be scheduled based on seasons, allowing clients to configure pricing structures in advance. This means clients can plan and activate seasonal pricing updates ahead of time, ensuring their product availability and pricing is aligned throughout the year without manual intervention.

Ability to close off more than one product at a time on a specific date on manage capacity

Merchandise

The new update enables CPOS clients to sell merchandise directly within the ticketing system, eliminating the need for third-party solutions. This basic merchandise feature includes stock management, selling, and CRUD functionality, with further development to be considered under future ideas if client demand increases.

Bundle Products

Introducing a new product class: Bundle Products, a feature that lets you combine multiple existing products into a single bundled offer. This enhancement simplifies product packaging and enables you to offer flexible pricing, discounts, and tax handling across the individual sub-products, creating more value for your customers and boosting sales potential.

Implement dependencies on Bundle Products

Currently, Bundle products is being created. With these Bundle products you are able to do the same thing as with combi products, but you are also able to use "Price Variations". Accept, no one thought about adding dependencies on the Bundle Products.

Show booking (guest) note on voucher

Ability to add a supplier reference to a confirmed booking, include it on the voucher, and resend it to the guest with a manual message. If not possible, option to send a manual message containing the reference directly from the booking.
